"Pat's journey" blog is an independent publication launched in March 2022 by Michelle Zwagerman.

This blog is an attempt to share this new chapter in our life story with you: our family and friends. We are blessed to have so many wonderful people that we hold dear in our hearts and we want to be open and honest with you. Sometimes we don't have the strength to contact each of you individually, so we hope this blog gives you the information you need, so that when we are in contact, that we can talk about you and your lives, and remember the good times, have a laugh and hug each other.
